Information about online payment:

  • Invoices are generated through our online invoicing system.
  • Payment Gateway offers multiple online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and other secure digital payment options.
  • You will find direct payment links or buttons that lead to a secure payment page. Clicking on these links will guide you through the payment process.

Payments:

  • Payment(s) through this Service may only be made with a Credit Card, Debit card, Net Banking Wallet, UPI.
  • Payee payment will normally reach Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. account to after successful payment within 2 working days.
  • Under any circumstances, if payment gets delayed for more than three banking days (Working days) due to any technical issue at respective bank’s end, or payer’s particular bank holds the settlement, or any other technical issue where payer doesn’t get payment confirmation, Payment Gateway would not guarantee on time settlement to Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. account.
  • Payment Gateway cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. account if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If the card supplier declines payment, Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
  • In no event will Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • All payment details which are entered through payment URL are encrypted by payment gateway, when the Client, or third party making payment.
  • Communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are encrypted. Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. Shall not be liable for any failure by the Client or third party making payment of payment Url to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.

Privacy Policy:

  • The details Entered in Payment Url by you / Users, All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose rather than payment collection follow up

Cancellation / Refund policy:

  • There is no cancellation option for the user once they had paid the invoice payment.
  • n case of duplicate payment, Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any type of refunds associated with Invoice payment. The same will be adjusted with pending invoice amount. Payee to approach Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. accounts department with proof of the transaction reference and bank statement for clarification.
  • Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd. will only be made to the source paid from the original transaction.
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 working day, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s banker] which should approximately take 8-15 working days, depending on issuing banks policies.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • The very soon payee pay amount in payment URL and it’s a success payment then payee will get confirmation and payment receipt will be received via mail from Payment Gateway.
  • No Physical Shipping / Delivery handeled in Globals ITeS Pvt. Ltd.

  • By submitting a payment through the payment URL, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may get updated from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here.
