About the Job Role:

As a part of Globals team, supporting Globals ITes business, Work with entire team to coordinate all client service activities of government entities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical in building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the company by setting and maintaining high service standards for the company. Creating positive client experiences, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cyber security, and share knowledge and insights with customers and colleagues.
  • Creation and publication of all Sales material in line with marketing plans.
  • Respond to RFI’s & RFP’s.
  • Prepare Technical Proposals to Customer’s Requirements
  • Manage Partnership with Strategic and Technical Channel Partners of Globals
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential customers and partners.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or pre-sales or a similar role in the cyber security industry.
  • Excellent track record in developing new business and explaining technology and product to customers/partners
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber security concepts, including threat intelligence, endpoint protection, network security, and cloud security.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • B.E. (Computers / Electronics / Information Science) or Equivalent Master’s Degree in Computers / Electronics / Information Science.
