About the Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and analyze market trends, identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify, cultivate and close new business sales relationships
  • Have a disciplined approach to pipeline development through leveraging Marketing, Channel partners, Customers, Sales Development team and their own ability to organically prospect.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Should closely work with Engineering, R&D and Pre-sales teams for Lead wins.
  • Build a positive relationship with existing customers that focuses on customer retention, high renewal rates and expansion within the customer.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Effectively forecast monthly / quarterly revenue and communicate the status of strategic transactions.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.


  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in Cyber security and related sales.
  • Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on strategic selling.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and the ability to navigate complex sales landscapes.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Solution selling, IT solution sales and Cloud solution sales good to have.
  • Experience in Public Sector / Defence industries selling.
  • Should have hands on experience in Proposal Writing, Presentation on Solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to demo products, working independently and create new proposals and generate ROI presentations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field; MBA will be an added advantage.
