About the Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer with expertise in both Android and iOS platforms. As a Mobile App Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications to enhance our customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building successful mobile applications, a deep understanding of the latest mobile app development trends, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android and iOS platform.
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Experience on bug fixing and improving application performance, ensuring our applications run smoothly across a wide array of devices including low end mobile devices and across varied form factors.
• Develop empathy with end customers, measure product usage patterns, suggest and incorporate inputs in the product development lifecycle.
• Assist in the deployment and release of mobile apps to app stores and other distribution platforms.
• Document app development processes and maintain technical documentation for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Mobile App Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience in developing Android and iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Flutter and Swift.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile app development frameworks such as Android Studio, Xcode, and React Native.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for code management.
• Solid understanding of the complete app development lifecycle and experience with third party libraries and APIs.
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Working knowledge of the Android landscape, architectures, trends and its roadmap.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
• Experience with offline storage & caching, threading and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
