About the Job Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst that will helps our clients discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help them make smarter decisions to deliver better services to their customers and citizens. Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis and building high quality prediction systems integrated with Third Party Products. Your role will involve using machine learning techniques for predictive & prescriptive analytics, build recommendation systems and to visualize the analysis into dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
  • Organizing and transforming data into insight
  • Create solutions and strategies to business problems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systemss
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Using data to find trends and build predictive analytic models in our dataset
  • Using tools and techniques to visualize data to inform decisions for different stakeholders
  • Preparing reports and presenting these to clients
  • Build and monitoring data quality processes
  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Architect, implement, and monitor data pipelines, as well as conduct knowledge sharing sessions with peers to ensure effective data use

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • 2 Years of Experience and coding knowledge of R or Python
  • Hands on Experience of SQL and noSQL databases
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • 2-3 years' experience in process improvement and automation
  • Strong and in-depth understanding of statistics, data analytics,
  • Data analysis experience
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
  • Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas
