About the Job Role:

We at Globals are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Manager for our Business Development team to help us build up our business activities. The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new Client/Business prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be confident in reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through different channels. He/ She should help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth.


  • Actively seek out to new opportunities through networking and in-person relationship building.
  • Should be profecient in preparing responses for RFP’s/ RFQ’s, preparation of documents for submission of tenders, technical and financial bid documents.
  • Should know to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Should be able to handle high level meetings and enable them with adequate information about the services and products of the company.
  • Actively look for and identify the needs of these organizations and recommend suitable custom solutions/ products.
  • Understand and follow the sales cycle promptly. Should have knowledge on using a CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Upselling to existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


  • Proven experience in software selling and excellent in Business Development.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP solution and Enterprise Software Applications.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.


  • MBA with specialization in Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business Schools.
