As a part of the Globals team, you will be accountable and engaged with prospect clients for government accounts, to identify business requirements and contribute to process according to strategic direction and business plan. You are required to create positive client experiences, support for the implementation of new/changed systems to ensure outputs are delivered to time and quality.
The role bridges the gap between the clients and the Software Engineering team, interpreting business needs into tasks to match the outcome with the expected business value.
