About the Job Role:

We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• It is a multi-disciplinary field, incorporating visual design, computer programming, consumer research and sociology, so understanding a diverse array of software is vital

Minimum Requirements :

• Must Have - Wire framing & Prototyping.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch.
• Branding & Visual design
• Color, typography, and layouts
• Design research
• Interactivity and animation
• Implementation with developers
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• A good understanding of layouts, navigation, architecture and interactivity of different development frameworks and interfaces is great.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• UX Developer must span technologies, languages and web platforms.
• Iteratively produce high-quality designs to prototypes, test, evaluate and demonstrate interactions with customer, stake holders, and developers.
• Good Knowledge on user-centered design (UCD) approaches , Usability testing, and accessibility concepts.

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
