Position Summary:

We are looking for an HR Associate to support our Human Resources department. You will be assisting the HR manager in day to day HR activities and initiatives.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining recruitment, personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Enroll new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

Minimum Required Skills :

  • 1 to 3 years experience in HR Field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proven work experience as an HR associate, HR Administrator, HR Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Ability to multi-task and work with patience
  • Must be willing to learn and work on new initiatives
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

  • B.com/BBM/BSc. any PG.
