Mr. Suhas Gopinath, now aged 24, a resident of Bangalore and hails from a middle class family, where his father was a defense scientist. At the age of 14 he was recognized as the worlds youngest certified Professional Web-developer through his project coolhindustan.com. Mr. Gopinath was very assertive to be an entrepreneur and wanted to encourage the youth, he setup Globals Inc, in the year 2000 at San Jose, California as the laws in India did not allow him to setup a company in the country as he was still minor. From then Globals has drastically grown as a Multi-national IT consulting company focussed on Web, e-Commerce and Mobile Solutions.

Ranjith B. Nambiar got associated with Globals from January 2011 on a consulting assignment and further to which, took over as COO starting June 2011 as well as being part of the Globals board. He brings along with him more than 20 years of experience in various domains including ERP, Insurance, Banking and Education segments and has worked in more than 11 countries. He has held various positions including Practice Head at Edutech Middle East, an UAE based company providing solutions for the Education domain and Senior Vice President at ICICI Infotech (now 3i Infotech). Other key positions held by Ranjith include Implementation Head, Global Support Head and Operations Director in the various organizations he has served. Ranjith, in addition to selling and delivery skills, has excellent people management skills, client relationship skills and his maturity and ability to get into details, handhold and coach people to excel, brings about the differentiating factor for Globals. Ranjith holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications.

Vinit Kumar got associated with Globals in the year 2005 as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant, and post which he founded a BPO and IT Services company in Bangalore and Gurgaon, India. After few years of successful operations, he took an exit to be on board of Globals. Vinit has steered the product development division at Globals and brought in a strong technical expertise along with his remarkable people management skills. Vinit holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Information Science.

Amruta Desai joined Globals in the year 2006, and driven the company’s sales and marketing strategies across verticals. Under her leadership Globals was able to build a strong partner network in North America, Europe, India and the Middle East. She was also instrumental in building the company’s product development strategies for the Education vertical. Amruta holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Information Science and an Executive Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
