About the Job Role:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational and delivery functions of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving efficiency, improving processes and delivering exceptional results. The candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project delivery and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Project Manager
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operations and delivery team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and ensuring that all day-to-day operations are consistently aligned with organizational objectives
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance overall delivery performance
  • Continuously assess and identify new business opportunities, target markets and allocate resources appropriately to meet project deadlines and operational requirements.
  • Evaluate the organization’s structures and procedures such as decision-making regarding increasing market capitalization
  • Collaborate with supporting functional teams to analyze, monitor, forecast and prioritize initiatives aligned with the Public Sector vertical and overall organizational priorities and strategic plan
  • Influence and align with services, customer success and partner teams to define executable service, support and partner strategies.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational and delivery performance of the team
  • Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for the operations and delivery teams
  • Implement best practices to optimize processes and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 8+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations with progressive business, product and delivery functions for an IT company
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts
  • Experience and knowledge in IT operations, ERP, Cloud Applications and Project Management System is a must.
  • Effective communication, decision-making, analytical and interpersonal skills is a must.

  • Should be a B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, MBA will be an added advantage.
