Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide qualified leads and book new business opportunities for the Sales team to help
them achieve company sales targets and improve profitability.
2. Follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by
telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.
3. To deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and / or email and
provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome.
4. To update the reporting systems/CRM regularly.
