  • Will be able to demonstrate and  work with opportunities in his/her territory
  • Will follow the organizational processes and ensure transparency
  • Will have the ability and capability to establish and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
  • Will have to be on the field 80% of the time
  • Will keep customer priority as top and work with peers, subordinates and superiors
  • Should have an attitude of acknowledging the efforts and have the willingness to change for betterment
